You can spend your money guilt-free and simultaneously make smart money moves for your financial future.

Does any of this sound familiar?

1. You've GOT to manage your spending, but budgets?? Ugh!

Budgets suck, especially when they scream at you at the end of the month for overspending... again.

2. You have debt but no payoff strategy

Most of us have debt, and even if you have a great income, it's going to stick around for FAR too long without a proper debt reduction strategy. Where was this in our college curriculum?!?

3. Investing scares the sh*t out of you!

Investing?!? Any way I can get these terms and "expert" information on a 3rd grade level?

4. You know you could be doing more with your money...

You're finally making a good salary (or you want the tools *wink wink* to be a helluva negotiator for that next raise) but how do you put this money to work for you in the smartest way possible?

5. You don't really have anyone to talk to, hold you accountable, or share ideas with when it comes to money

Yeah, talking about your emergency fund goals, debt erasing celebrations and newly established Roth IRA account isn't going to make the cut at your next Wine and Cheese Wednesday.... That is, unless you're in TMP Facebook Group ;)

In case you're feeling alone in this #FinancialAdulting world, I'm here to assure you. There's an entire community of women who are right here with you!

Take a second and imagine a life where you...

1. Are able to manage your money in a way that doesn't feel restrictive

Do I dare say that budgeting can be... fun?? OMG I just said it. But I'm serious - there's a way to manage your spending, create daily habits, and produce monthly incentives that almost makes this budgeting thing a game. Oh, and that bag you've been eyeing? Buy it, without the debt or guilt, by the end of the month.

2. Have a system set up so you know you can pay bills, hit savings goals, and invest for your future with every paycheck

Most of us just lack the guidance to put this system in place, but when you learn how to do it and set it up, you'll be thinking "holy cow! how did I not think of this earlier?!"

3. Are completely debt free

It's entirely possible. It's not going to be easy, but the tools, resources and advice I provide will get you there faster than you ever thought it was possible. Plus, there's accountability built in to every angle of this thing.

4. You're a badass investor bossbabe, FINALLY!

Investing is scary??? Pshhhh, investing is EASY! This is what you'll think when you've been automatically investing into multiple goals-based accounts for months.

5. Are now the one able to give advice... or at least your 2 cents

You can have a posse of women to chat about your finances with and not feel stupid, embarrassed, ashamed, guilty or need I say... braggy?

""I used to feel guilty about spending my money on things that I didn't absolutely need. With the antibudget and specific goals, I now have money that I can spend without guilt and without worrying that I'm not doing enough for my financial future. I've also given myself permission to have money and to seek more money, letting go of the money story that I learned growing up that wanting money is bad and rich people are selfish.""

Money Program Participant

"We were able to start paying down debt and save, I don’t spend like I used to at all, and I’m VERY hopeful now about our financial future. The Money Program (TMP) felt very one-on-one even though it was a group coaching program which ended up being great for the community and accountability!"

Money Program Participant

"During TMP (two months) I paid $7,495.29 of my debt down and literally froze all of my credit cards to avoid reckless spending that would sabotaging that effort. The anti-budget helped me get closer to my monthly debt payment target and be 100% more self-aware of day-to-day spending on that usually is unconscious and out of hand (eating out, Amazon, entertainment, etc.)"

Money Program Participant

"The Anti-budget doesn't make me feel restricted like other programs (envelopes or categorizing). I have my daily spending amount that I can use on ANYTHING and if I don't use it, it just rolls to the next day. I feel like I have direct control over paying off my debt, saving for something special or coving an irregular expense. I was able to see the impact of those unexpected coffee runs and fast food take-out. I feel more confident and determined to reach my financial goals with this program."

Lauren Saw The Value in Saving FIRST

Lauren, a 30-something with good financial sense, was looking for a place to get that education she knew she needed while being surrounded by a community and program that would hold her accountable. In 5 months she fully funded her emergency savings fund and set up separate savings for her other goals. Did I mention she maxes out her tax-advantaged investment accounts too?? She's rocking this new financially fabulous life!

Who is The Money Program For?

Smart women with an income and financial goals.

This particular program is not good for college students or recent college graduates, but is perfect for professionals who have an income and want to start using it wisely.

Those who are ready to face their financial flaws head-on

We all make money mistakes, it's part of the game, but this program will push you to face these money muck-ups from the get-go. You need to be committed to bringing them to light and pushing past them and no, it won't be easy or particular comfortable every step of the way, but that's truly when growth happens.

The person who is willing to take ownership of their financial future

Unfortunately, I'm unable to physically move your money for you (or keep it locked away so you can't spend it). I can give you the tools, but you're the only person who can actually put the systems in place and make sure your actions happen.

The gal who is willing to participate and surround herself by others with the same goal

Talking about money can be uncomfortable, but surrounding yourself with a community where talking about your money wins and f*ck ups is totally normal will make this process SO much more motivating and enjoyable. Those who do the best in TMP (The Money Program) are the ones who participate and make true connections within the community. Use this powerful squad pod to hoist yourself into financial greatness!

The one who is ready to stop being scared and start putting her money to work for her!

One of the most valuable pieces of this program (aside from The Anti-Budget, which so many past members RAVE about) is the investment education. No millionaire was just handed a million dollars to start investing.. they got there FROM investing. If you're really ready to build your wealth, this program is going to show you how to do it (and just how simple it really is).

Who is The Money Program NOT For?

The person who isn't the least bit self-motivated

It takes some guts to get intimate with your finances. I've had women purchase and then stall and never actually go through the program because they were too afraid to face the facts. I can promise you, facing your finances is SO much better than you're making it out to be, but if you're unwilling to take that first step, it won't be worth it for you.

People looking for a quick fix

Paying off debt, saving for a downpayment, improving your credit score, seeing returns on your investments, all of these things take time. This program will give you the tools to make decisions, resources and recommendations to help you implement, and the knowledge to stay motivated, determined, and patient, but this program will not be a quick fix... as with pretty much anything in life.

Anyone who wants to learn how to invest in individual companies, buy "winner" stocks and sell "losers"

Now don't let this confuse you, because there's a MASSIVE common misconception about what investing is. BUT if you just know for sure that you only want to learn how to value individual companies, trade options, and time the market, then this program is not for you.

The individual who isn't willing to roll up their sleeves and put in work

At some point, you'll probably have to block off 1-2 hours in your week to make some annoying phone calls, practice your negotiating skills, or decide that, in fact, you don't need to get your hair colored every 6 weeks by the salon manager while paying off over $10k of credit card debt. Sure, you shouldn't give up all the great things in life, but we also need to be realistic and not live in a denial and debt-filled world. (Good news: you have an entire support system backing you in this program)

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: How can I justify the price when I'm already struggling financially? How do I know it will be worth the cost?

A: The best way to think of this program is as an investment. You’re not only getting great education, a proven system that works, but also accountability from me and the community to make sure you follow through with the action items to make transformational change.

Beyond that, once you’ve implemented this system, there is an enormous financial return (depending what you really need to get out of it.) Here are some examples:

  • Natalie has been under budget for 4 months. In a world where she continuously added to her credit card debt, she now doesn’t have to worry about that debt piling up any longer and is saving hundreds of dollars on that interest she would have otherwise accumulated every single month.
  • Janhavi increased her credit score by over 100 points and was able to refinance her private student loans which equaled over $14,000 that she will save in interest costs, alone, over the life of her loan.
  • Marissa opened up her first Roth IRA and now contributes $100/month to it. Had she waited until she was “ready” which could have been 5 years from now, she would lost out on $150,000 over her lifetime.
  • Lauren has fully funded her Emergency Savings Fund with thousands of dollars in just 2.5 months. Now, she’s fully prepared for the worst type of emergencies, and never has to resort to a credit card or other type of debt when a $500 emergency pops up.

Q: Do you offer any refunds or guarantees?

A: Absolutely. (On the refunds). Unfortunately, I can't offer any financial guarantees because that would be... illegal. BUT, if you go through the course, implement the strategies, and don't see any results, then you can email me within 30 days for a full refund. All I ask is that you provide evidence that you've put these methods into place with your money management and can show that they have not worked for you. All refunds are subject to the terms of the full refund policy linked here.

Q: I don't have any specific money goals defined. How will this impact my success with the program?

A: We have an entire module dedicated to help you set your financial goals, but if you’re not sure what your next financial step is, going through the program will likely help you figure out what you should be doing next. The program is set up to tackle your financial needs in order of recommended importance and priority; however, every person’s financial situation is unique, so near the end of the program, once you’ve acquired an enormous amount of knowledge, I also explain how you can prioritize each of these goals so that you know exactly where you will go next. I also encourage program participants to go back through the program (skimming through if necessary) with their newly defined goals and make sure they are making the necessary money moves to achieve each of their goals, respectively.

Q: I'm concerned about not having enough time to dedicate to this program to make it worth it, how can I ensure I make it through?

A: This was one of my biggest concerns too! I wanted to make sure I created the educational materials and provided them to you in enough time for the program to be thorough, yet, sticky (meaning you keep coming back for more). The program is 6 weeks long, and I’ve included a “working week” right in the middle in case you need time to get caught up. However, if something comes up and you have to take another week or two off from the program, no worries! You get lifetime access so you can always come back for another round at a later date and pick up where we left off.

Q: Can I access the course content on my phone or tablet?

A: Yep! The educational platform we use is Kajabi and they have great mobile capabilities for going through the course there. You can also download the workbook pdf onto your phone/tablet and fill in using Adobe editor or “preview” if you’re on an apple product. The Daily Dashboard spreadsheets can be accessed via Google Docs straight from your computer, mobile, or tablet (and shared with me in the accountability tier), and finally, the Facebook community can be accessed from any device as well!

Q: What type of person is this program designed for?

A: Anyone can join The Money Program, but I specifically designed it for career-oriented women, ages 22-35 in mind. That being said, I’ve had women in their 40s, stay-at-home-moms in charge of the household finances, and even some men get results from my program materials (largely at the encouragement of their wives, girlfriends and partners)

Q: Can I find this information for free online?

A: Not really! I'm sure you've already found tons of free financial advice around the internet. A quick Google search will pull up millions of free information. But how often do you hold yourself accountable to this free stuff? If you’re still struggling financially, you know the answer. This program is more than putting information in front of you. It’s providing you with a system that works. (That just can't come in the form of free internet information.) And the program is holding you accountable to follow-through with your efforts. Yes, you have to make sure that you show up and do the work, but now you have deadlines, a community, and me to keep you on pace and on track.

I'm Tess

And 5 years ago, I was in your same position.

I had graduated from college with an advanced degree in Finance and Actuarial Science (which is when Finance and Statistics have a baby and make her ultra nerdy) and you know what??

Sure, I was making a good income, but WTF is a Roth IRA and how did all these people my age all of a sudden learn about such things?!

I needed to figure this stuff out REAL quick–especially because I decided to buy a condo in Chicago at the ripe old age of 23–but also because I wanted to take this knowledge I was scooping up in my early 20s (and beyond), quit my actuarial consulting job, and start a business where I helped my fellow ladies in their 20s and 30s learn this real life adult stuff faster and in a WAYYY more relatable way than I had to.

Fast-forward 5 years, 100s of hours of one-on-one and group coaching calls, a year of running a financial podcast, 3 years of writing financial articles for my own blog and various others, and over 6 months of producing bi-weekly YouTube videos in the world of finance, and now this:

My signature financial coaching program that gives you a one-on-one coaching feel for a fraction of the price. I'm excited you're here... I think this is meant to be. *wink*
